Otter Cove is located on Scott Point, Salt Spring Island, the largest of the southern Gulf Islands. The Loft House is approximately 1,000 square feet and has an incredible south facing view of Welbury Bay and Ganges Harbour through two and a half stories of glass. The house is adjacent but completely private from the main house with its own entrance from the driveway and access to the ocean.

Nature is at your doorstep with seals, sea lions, otters, mink, great blue herons, bald and golden eagles, loons and the tame deer famous on the ‘point’.  Scott Point is approximately one and a half kilometers long and provides safe walking or jogging.

Sunrises and sunsets are equally as spectacular, and in the evening you can watch the stars come out while relaxing in your hot-tub.
